'Summer Colours' Nidderdale N Yorkshire

Painting this picture of Nidderdale in North Yorkshire they wanted to focus on the temperature of the colours allowing them to explain the three dimensions of the picture. The scene has a wonderful composition with strong perspective lines leading the eye to the focus of the image that being a small clump of trees at the edge of the ridge. I wanted this to be a warming and seductive picture.
